The space between their lips.  It seemed infinite, even when they were just mere inches apart.  One lover staring at the other’s luscious folds, quivering, begging.  Their eyes climb to meet each other’s and they get lost all over again.  Both of their gazes like a tranquil sea of devotion, reassuring one another.  Each can feel their hands on the other, their warmth, their bodies pressed together and yet they were never close enough.  Each of their breath faltered.  The desire to taste one another convinces them to begin the incredible journey.  The space between their lips.  It may be infinite…but so is their love.  And that is more than enough to last until their lips reach the place where they belong.
